• Payment of 50% must be made at the time of your order with the balance due prior to or upon delivery depending on delivery method. We accept cash, check, money order or paypal.
• Once the payment has been received, your order will be ready for delivery in 5 to 10 business days. If you would like add a logo, that may delay the delivery time.
• There is a $65 delivery charge within Riverside and San Bernadino counties in Southern California. Delivery charges vary outside these locations. All freight charges, including crating, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Warranty:

Unique Plex’s acrylic products are made from material that is outstanding in durability and resistance to breakage. With proper care, it will retain its appearance for many years. We explicitly follow the standards for fabrication specified by the acrylic materials manufacturers. Whenever acrylics are used, however, they may exhibit undesirable tendencies over a period of time, such as crazing or clouding. This is primarily due improper care, exposure to heat or ultraviolet light. Because this is a natural occurrence in acrylic, we cannot be held responsible for these instances. There is no Warranty expressed or implied against breakage, scratching, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Unpacking Instructions:

When you receive your order, great care must be taken in the unwrapping, cleaning, and placement of the plexiglass. Do not use a knife, razor blade, or other sharp object to cut the tape or the box. Carefully remove the item wrapped from the box. Do not remove wrapping from the item until it is near where it is to be placed. Unwrap the tape and remove the wrapping. DO NOT USE A KNIFE OR SHARP OBJECT TO CUT THE TAPE. Once the unit is in place clean any fingerprints or smudges using the “Cleaning” instructions, below. Always use great care in moving your new plexiglass product. Do not lift larger items by the top.

Cleaning:

Using the wrong cleaner will easily damage your acrylic product and most household cleaners fall into this category. If you do not have the cleaner designed to clean acrylic products, use just water or water mixed with a mild dish detergent. DO NOT USE paper towels, gritty cloths, window cleaning sprays, kitchen scouring compounds, ammonia, or solvents such as acetone, gasoline, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, lacquer thinner or lighter fluid. Using the proper cloth and cleaner will keep your acrylic products shining and looking new for many years to come.  

Return Policy:

All of your order is carefully inspected and in perfect condition when delivered by Unique Plex or Carrier. You should open the carton and inspect the piece in the presence of the shipper, to check for any HIDDEN freight damage. Any claim for damage must be placed with Unique Plex at the time of delivery.  We insure all the orders shipped through carrier used to ensure satisfaction. In case of damage, ALL cartons and packaging materials MUST be retained for the carrier's clam's adjusters to inspect. They should be kept until the claim is settled in case the product must be sent back for repair or replacement.
